Tales of the Northern March
This highland bog is infested with the eponymous trolls as well as being home to a large number of other dangerous creatures. It consists most of foggy heather-covered hills, home to hippogriffs, red grouse, golden eagles, red deer, rabbits, and hares and known for its bilberry bushes. During summer, the air is filled with butterflies and bees and the sound of crickets. Cranberry Bog is a large marshy expanse along Beaver Creek which is rich with cranberries. Broadmire is a huge peat bog that stretches across the southern edge of the moor and is home to lizardmen and once claimed a black dragon, long since dispatched. Throughout the moor, standing stones mark the graves of giants.
